Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service govern the use of Botzen.lu's luxury cleaning and asset protection services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We maintain the highest standards of service delivery, ensuring your valuable assets receive the care they deserve.
Service Agreement
- Services are provided on a per-appointment basis
- Minimum 48-hour advance booking required
- Service areas limited to Luxembourg and surrounding regions
- All staff are fully insured and background checked
- Services subject to property assessment and approval
Payment Terms
- Payment due upon service completion
- Accepted methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or cash
- Corporate invoicing available with approved credit
- 50% deposit required for services over €5,000
- All prices exclude VAT (17% Luxembourg rate)
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before service
- 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours
- Full charge for same-day cancellations
- Emergency services non-refundable once initiated
- Rescheduling allowed once without penalty
Liability & Insurance
- Fully insured up to €5 million per incident
- Coverage includes property damage and theft
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours
- Pre-existing damage must be disclosed before service
- High-value items require special declaration
Additional Important Terms
Confidentiality
All our staff sign strict NDAs. We guarantee complete discretion regarding your property, possessions, and any information observed during our services.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee satisfaction with our services. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll return within 48 hours to address any concerns at no additional charge.
Property Access
Clients must provide safe and legal access to service areas. Special security protocols can be accommodated with advance notice.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Luxembourg courts. We are committed to finding fair solutions that maintain our high standards of client satisfaction.
